Personal data collected through the contact form
The contact form processes the following data:
- last name and first name;
- professional email address;
- phone number, when provided;
- message content and information about the project.
Technical security data, including IP address, date and time of connection and browser information, may also be processed temporarily to ensure the proper operation of the website and prevent cyberattacks.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to receive, review and answer your contact, fit-out or commercial project estimate enquiry. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Filtering automated submissions and securing the website are based on Creative Builder’s legitimate interest, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Data collected through the form is not sold, rented or used for advertising prospecting without separate explicit consent.
Recipients and technical providers
Data is intended for the management and authorised people responsible for project management. It may be processed by technical providers necessary for the operation, hosting, email delivery and security of the website and forms.
- Microsoft 365 for professional email;
- WP Armour for anti-spam protection on the form;
- OVHcloud for website and database hosting.
Transfers outside the European Union
The location of processing depends on the services and regions selected from the technical providers. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that processing is covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR, including an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Data retention
- enquiries with no further business follow-up: no more than 3 months from the last exchange;
- enquiries involving studies, quotations or pre-contractual discussions: 3 years from the last contact;
- technical data and security logs: no more than 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing and, where the relevant conditions are met, to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
